Dunkin' - Queens

I found the prices to be quite high! Additionally, the service was not polite. When I ordered a mocha frappe, I asked the server to wait a moment while I took out my card, but she lacked patience. She started chatting with another customer next to me and didn’t seem to hear my request for whipped cream on top. After she finished making my drink, she handed it to me but seemed inattentive. I then asked if she could add some ground cream on top, and she looked at me oddly and asked for extra money for the whipped cream. She also mentioned something about a "kissen cone," which was confusing. If they don’t want to do their job properly, they shouldn't be working at all. This is not acceptable!

Very upset! I go here all the time and never have I had a problem. Today I purchased an iced latte. About an hour later I went back in to ask for some hot water in a cup just to warm up my daughters bottle. They replied with they can only give me an espresso cup with water. How am I supposed to warm up a 9 oz bottle in an espresso cup???? Extremely upset!!!! Acting as if I said give me an ounce of water. This place is extremely horrible because clearly that do not care for babies! My 5 month old cannot drink freezing cold water; so the one time I forgot her warm water for her formula, I get this ridiculous answer from these ignorant morons. CORPORATE WILL ALSO GET MY COMPLAINT!

Fast service and customer-friendly, but not enough seat

Ordered 2 cappuccinos today and he gave me 2. lates that had toomuch chocolate and definitely were not cappuccinos. Guy there always messes up my order every time. He needs to be trained because farther down in Ridgewood. Dunkin donuts they make a great cappucino and he is too slow. No foam wasted my money
