Dunkin' - Queens

Food and drinks are always fresh but that’s thanks to Dunkin’s great quality control on it’s products coming in. Where the downfall of this location begins is with its customer service. It doesn’t exist. Rude and inattentive to the customers that arrive. Once the amount of customers outweighs the employees, it seems they just give up. Also—at the time of writing this review, there has been a specific homeless man hanging outside the location for over a week deterring customers from wanting to come in due to his appearance and odor. Not sure if he’s the manager’s friend or if the manager is sleeping back there on a bed of glazed donuts.

Very good experience . A pretty girl make Croissant so delicious I never eat Croissant so from another Dunkin Donuts .

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The cashier seemed unhygienic and did not wash her hands before taking my order. The icy Carmel Latte I ordered for my daughter was flavorless and mostly just ice. I was very disappointed with the poor quality and will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

The parking area designated for customers is pretty small. If not cautious, someone will hit or scratch up your car. As far as the food is concerned, it's a hit or miss depending on the time of day and employee. Their only consistency is the neatness. The place is always clean, both at busy times and when it's slow.
