Awesome carvels ever! egg tastes like freezer frost stitches, wrong ice taste in containers, the male worker had no gloves while touching the ice cone and money. such an unpleasant place to get their contract.

Upon entering the owner completely ignored my presence for several minutes as he went about his business doing other things around the store. He wasn't the least bit friendly and he charges more than $1.00 more for the same item I get at another local Carvel. I won't be going back.

I asked for no chocolate in my ice cream cake Only vanilla. They added chocolate. I called to explain what happened. They hung up the phone on me.
