Classless. You want a free drink with your rewards card? They're cleaning the machine. They can't offer you the free drink. You want to put money on your dunkin app? No credit card accepted. Cash only. You're classless. The only reason people go to you is for the convenience of location. Other than that.... I'd rather drive miles to get quality service. You're trash.

The WORST staff!! I was going to order a cake for my daughters birthday and they told me to come back when the manager is in. They told me that 4 times and I had to come in 4 days straight. The fourth time coming in they said she is still not in and they cant take my order and to buy a reg cake from their fridge, very very rude employees. Instead of being helpful they were so unprofessional. I was very upset and in the end they finally called the manager because I wasnt leaving and they took my order. They never apologized to me or anything!! WHY THE HELL IS IT THAT HARD TO ORDER A FREAKING CAKE?!? They all need to be trained and change the customer service. I literally spent almost $100 that day and they couldve lost that because they have the worst customer service. I will def make a complaint to corporate because this is so unacceptable and unprofessional!!

This restaurant lacks class. If you want a free drink with your rewards card, they may not be able to offer it because the machine is being cleaned. If you want to put money on your Dunkin app, be aware that they only accept cash and not credit cards. The only reason people come here is for the convenient location. Otherwise, I would prefer to drive miles away for better service. Overall, the restaurant is disappointing.
