Blt Steak At The Ritz-carlton Turks And Caicos

My wife and I went for my birthday, and our anniversary. The food was amazing and so was the experience. We will definitely go back.

The food was excellent! Service was excellent as well! They need to do something with the sound, restaurant is very noisy but worth it. Very clean.

The only bad dining experience we ever had in Providenciales. Although the food was decent, all else was a negative. The noise level alone made dining here unpleasant. But the biggest negative was the very fast service while expecting a nice leisurely meal. We finished our meal on one hour from the time we put our order in. We complained to the manager who apologized, but didn’t offer any concession on the bill.

Perfect…. But better! Julian was our server. What a great guy and a great night!

We booked a reservation here because we are staying at the Ritz Carlton and this was on property. Overall the food was good and the server was friendly. However it is so loud it’s difficult to have a conversation and the service is very rushed so don’t plan on a leisurely meal. Our food was being cleared without asking if we were finished and we were finishing our cocktails when the waiter asked why we weren’t leaving as we had just paid the bill (We ordered drinks, appetizer, entree and dessert) and hadn’t even been there two hours. It was very rude and tainted the whole experience. Clearly they just want you to eat as quickly as possible and leave.
