If you love a chefs table experience and have a fine palate for food, this is the place to be.

It’s outside in what looks like a shopping center, not good ambiance but the food is good. The spicy cocktails are insanely spicy! Skip if you want to taste for the rest of the evening. We got the duck which was good, the side dish is so so sweet with it. The lobster gnocchi is delicious. The fish dish was just alright. Overall, really expensive but a good meal.
Best meal so far this trip to Provo. Food and wine were of a high standard with a nod to local ingredients. Our waitress Miriam was a delight. We had booked to sit at the chef's table but were seated outside. We didn't correct the error as inside was a bit too warm and smoky from the grill. Highlights were the lobster gnocchi and seabass (branzino). This place did not feature in any of the recommendations I saw before our trip which I find surprising as I would say it beats many of the big names hands down! Bravo Eric!
