The Jolly Sailor - Prestatyn

The bar service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. I was given a half pint of mostly froth by an inexperienced staff member named Ross. When I asked if he could top it up, he refused and said he wouldn't serve me anymore. It's a shame because the other staff members were okay, but Ross, being a family member, let it go to his head.

This restaurant is full of people trying to dodge their bills. It was more enjoyable at my mom's funeral. Even the paint is peeling off the walls, afraid of being stolen. The best part was the staff, who were very pleasant. XOXO Shanini.

6 of us went to have lunch on Friday. Could not book a table as no phone number on site. When we arrived we were told they didn't serve meals till 2.00. This is the third time we have tried to visit. Lat year we went to be told the chef hadn't turned up, the next time we went there was no food as they were waiting for the fridge and freezer to come. Don't waste your time.

New manager has recently taken over and the atmosphere is fantastic. Great food, beer and company daily. The homemade Sunday roasts are to die for and highly recommended. Definitely worth a visit

Went for a drink with friends last night, the new relief manager John was so welcoming and the karaoke ran really smoothly. Went back in today and couldnt believe how clean the place was especially the toilets and the outside area, no fag ends anywhere!! Let’s hope it stays this way!!
