The kids and I love this place. The workers are so nice and have great customer service skills. The dining area and bathrooms are very clean. We will continue to come back.

My first time ever going was today ????. No greeting to the establishment no explaining how anything works it is all self serve. You put your bowl on the scale you pay your money and not a thank you or enjoy your treat. Thank you for coming nothing. None of the topping are labeled so just guess what it is????. I paid almost $20.00 for 2of the frog ???? bowl size of yogurt and nothing no hospitality at all. The cashier took our money and stayed in the back the whole time we were there. They even have sweet frog products to sell and nothing no one ever said a thing or even asked would you like to buy a shirt. I don't mind spending money but I appreciate when the business shows they appreciate their customers especially during these hard times. Very dissatisfied customer service and a just dissatisfied customer.
