Wingstop - Port Arthur

Service is terrible I hate the new employees they are all. You don't care about the customer service I came in to place my order and they told me that I have to order online at the store. Not to mention the ghetto explicit rap music was very loud. Whoever is the branch manager must be retrained and bring her daughter to another place. The food is never fresh the frits are always cold and unseasonal now I hate it just, I hate the I must drive the bmt to get fresh food if I stay 3 minutes from the memorial just does not recommend

The food is terrible, the pommes were so tender without seasoning and the tenders sat in a inch fat. Not the first time I've eaten such a thing, the place is hit or miss, but 95% of the time is a heavy miss and I'm still back and give them another shot. They would think a good management team would consider the reviews and try their best to improve their employees and their work ethics. Same faces every time I look, and nobody seems to be interested. If I gave them negative stars. This place should not even be allowed to get stars, they have a long way to go. I'd rather get wings of Mcdonalds!

First of all, every time we come, it's like they don't want us to order. The first thing they say is wait 45mn-1hr long. The place is not even full, there is like eating a table with costumers and the rest wait for their food. Wait for the food is long and to get your food over boiled, dry and hard! The young people on the back look like they just stand around. Bad service, bad food, long wait. Sticky Floors.

Food and service is great until I went to the rest room and one of the employees rolled a joint there and no paper towels food: 3/5

The server was having a bad time getting my basic order and still mixed it up. Maybe it was bad luck and she was new…but still pretty bad service. Wont come here again will go to buffalowild wings. Watch out for Lexany
