I love this place. Each restaurant should take and give a training program for employees. Food: 5/5

Very nice furnishings, workers are very polite and very clean. Food is good, affordable and beautifully prepared. Also Sophie at Groves West Parkway Street site was very polite and patient and took my order and although it was new, everything was very well handled and made for a completely different experience! Very proud of the workers and their efforts!

Very nice staff. Hector took my order and helped me with my coffee order because I can't have milk in my coffee. Thank you. I'll get my food here.

The food is not as good as it used to be. Wait in line while a server is talking to the car. laugh and talk about something outside their order. Food: 3/5

They are super slow in their drive-thru in the mornings. With only 6 cars, you'll still be in line 15 mins. To top it off, their curbside is ALWAYS unavailable to use, to try to bypass the line. They will literally have you late for work, if you weren't. Then when you finally get to the window, the customer service not even worth it. I hate that it's the only CFA in proximity
