I've enjoyed Sonic for years. I'm hoping that Sonic will offer the New York dog again; it's sauerkraut and mustard, my favorite dog. I also like to order through the app, it makes recieving my order much more seamless. I pay through the app so all I need to do is check in and the car hops bring out the order.
I 'm sorry for what I 'm about to say me and a friend just left this place and they had some kid on the headphones and the register. He couldn 't hear my friend when she wanted pickle friesqnd she said a medium drink he rung her up a small when she said a medium. The lady at the window had the worse customer service and tried to argue with us when it suppose to be the customers are suppose to be right. They need someone that 's suppose to be more experienced on the headset and the window.
I pulled in to a stall speaker was broke, went to another stall pushed the button and waited to place my order. Kept waiting and waiting no one responded. So I left they where not busy, this is the second time I have been to this SONIC first time to get ice cream and the ice cream machine was not working properly. Will not come back to this location again.????????
I wouldn?t even give one star if I had the option. Horrible service. Took my four granddaughters there to get a snack and drinks on Tuesday, March 15 at approximately 4:15 pm. They were not very crowded at all. Got out and was going to eat at the sitting area. Tried twice to order through the kiosk. No response. Car hop was in and out, and never once acknowledged or asked if we needed anything. Staff inside could clearly see we were waiting, standing there, etc., and still no service. We loaded back up and left. We will never stop at this Sonic again.
