Casa Ole - Port Arthur

Great food cooked for perfection. The waitress was great. My wife loved it so you know it was super lol. Will come back

Hadn't been to a Casa Ole for a few years, but we took our group of 7 to the location in central mall. We were seated immediately and the waitress was fairly attentive. She kept most of our drinks filled, but forgot to refill waters. I couldn't help but notice that she took all 7 of our orders without writing anything down. I don't know if she forgot or if the chef did, but they served several of my friends food they were allergic to, over simply not taking or getting the order correctly. They did so much right, but serving food that the customer has said they are allergic to is a big problem. Thankfully, everyone involved was able to find relief before they reacted too badly, but I am not sure if I will risk it again for my own allergies. I advise that you take extra care to check your food if you need to special order from this location for whatever reason.

Despite being the only 2 at the door and half the restaurant empty it still took over 10 minutes to be seated as other employees just stood in the corner talking and watching us. Once we finally got seated it took almost 20 minutes before anyone took our order and once we got it the order was wrong. When we told the waitress the order was wasn 't how we ordered it she told us Well that 's how it comes and it took 2 more waitresses before she agreed to change it. The replacement came back with unmelted cheese and uncut fajita meat.

Great Food Very Reasonable Prices. Staff...Phenomenal

Been a long time since we've been here... Twelve years!! Still good food.... Good atmosphere!
