Went here with some friends to try the $80/person Omakase.

Update: 4.5 stars__So I was finally able to come try the dinner omakasa and while the items that we tried were pretty much the same as the lunch omakasa,

It was a quick stop for a beer and to share a pizza. The pizza was great. The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were tasty. Sat outside and took in the surroundings. The staff was fine. Not as friendly as at some of the other establishments.

We were two for lunch. Had one small pizza and one medium. Portion sizes were adequate. Pizza was served hot. Good crust (although we couldn't tell the difference between one ordered with thin crust and the other with regular crust). Tasty toppings. Service was adequate but less efficient and friendly than one usually finds in Waterton. With a couple of sodas the bill was close to $50 without tip and we found it expensive for the quantity and quality of food, but prices generally in Waterton are high. Would we return? Probably not.
