Excellent German cuisine. We go out of our way to go there.

Highly recommend this place for the ambiance as well as the top notch food. Today we had avocado toast seasoned deliciously with red chili flakes. My partner had the farmers breakfast. He's wishing he could eat it all. We both are raving about the hash browns!; Sausage was excellent. I believe this is my personal favorite. So disappointed. Traveled an hour to get to Mt Angel, and didn't wait long to get into the restaurant. Unfortunately that was the fastest part. Waited over an hour for our food and was told the kitchen was trying to catch up. Then we started seeing people who came in after us get their lunches. We decided they had wasted enough of our time and left.

Fantastic service! All the employees were wonderful and the food was nostalgic
