Bomb Japanese food. He has a food cart on Portland Road now. He's a one man operation. I'd recommend calling in your order. His phone is on his Facebook. Karaage Curry and Katsu Curry are our favorites. Wish he would bring back the Tempura, Goyza, and Fish Collars.

Best Japanese food in Salem. The wait isn't even that long, considering it's a one man operation. I make it a point to eat here whenever I'm in town.

The owner was so kind and patient on the phone while we tried to order. The wait time is totally fine considering he's alone. We loved the food! This was the best miso soup I've ever had and the karage is great. Would absolutely reccomend!
