When we eat pasta with pistou, we expect to have in the plate quite a basilic see a basil pesto with homemade ingredients.Particularly I prepare my pasta with basil in a different way. First, tagliatelles are the pasta that best accommodates pesto in any kind. The roasted camembert is quite small in the end we expect much better, it is for sale hoping that the replacements will do better

Super restaurant with a great cook and super waiter being super nice I love to eat at the Provencal vault because I know I'm going to eat quality. small advice for children take a chicken burger it is not delicious and not very large. but there is not only the burgers who are good the rest is also and in ollioules it is the best restaurant so don't hesitate to eat at the provencal vault. good appetite
Pleasantly surprised by the intimate setting of the restaurant. you feel right now, somehow protected by the beautiful stones of the voute that give a sacred cachet to the site. Welcome kindly and graciously by one of the principals of establishment with which a spontaneous relationship has drowned, on the basis of jokes, exchange of information and confidences. The menu, wisely advised by our host, was also up to date. As a result, we had a delicious moment and we promised to return to the first opportunity.
