Taco Bell - Oceanside

If I could give 0stars I would. Literally the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to! I was there for just over an hour last night just getting two cravings boxes and a burrito. I spent 35 minutes waiting for my food to even be given to me. Then when I received my food I didn't get a 5 layer burrito. Which would've been not a big deal if I hadn't just waited 35 minutes for food. When I asked for them to make me a new burrito that then took another 30 minutes and I still never received the burrito, I was over waiting at this point and requested my money back. I got $17 back when I spent $21. I didn't eat my food because I was waiting for the rest of my food be made so I could go home and eat. I've never seen a group of people move so slow!

I've been here multiple times, I will say the staff is friendly but the food is poorly put together and many times things are left off of my order. The place is clean as well as the restrooms but I think a little more attention to detail and getting the orders correct would make it 5 stars.

Horrible service. Employees seem angry all the time. A good argument for replacing these people with robots. Win/win.

This is a KFC Taco Bell. Service was very nice and fast. Good nuggets for lunch.
