Orfila Vineyards Tasting Room Kitchen

I really enjoyed my experience. Its estate wines are fantastic what nibbles we had and saw served to other tables, simply devine. I know where we are that comes at a premium, but I cannot rate this five-star because of its value. That is worth apoint to me. Enjoy this experience yourself, but expect to pay a lot for it.

My wife and I walked into Orfila after a nice dinner at Carte Blanch about 1 block over. We sat at the bar. There were no less than 5 people, all female, working behind the bar. In the 40 minutes we sat and had a glass of wine, there was only one of them that ever acknowledged our presence. She was helpful. Halfway thru our time there, my wife asked another lady very nicely for a glass of water. The lady acknowledged and immediately forgot. We then asked the lady who had served our drinks and she immediately got water for us. The entire time we were there it seemed there was some gossip being shared among the bar staff and the customers were ignored. Needless to say, I won't be spending a nickel in that place again. I left a nice tip for the girl that helped us. I hope she gets it all. The rest of them were worthless.

A wonderful tasting experience! Great red and white options for any wine lovers. Lots of seating, but make sure to get here early because it does get pretty packed. Live music Thursday-Saturday nights! I always go for the flight experience because it offers a great variety and it's a pretty good deal. The ambassador board plate pairs perfectly with a glass or a flight. My favorite portion of the board was pairing the pickled veggies with the different cheeses. A good board for 2-3 people. A fun place to hang out with a group of friends to enjoy wine and music right in downtown!

Love love love this place!! The food is always great. Everything we've tried, including the brussel sprouts, flat breads, arugula salad, Japanese sweet potatoes and sliders are so good. Don't forget to try the lemon cake, it's amazing!! I must admit I can't live without the froze, blending red grapefruit is my favorite.
