Ihop - Feedback

Eating was good, but one of my members got dirty utensils. to the happiness the staff was fast to replace them with new clean and was polite about the incident.

Hash browns were over cooked, hard. Normally the spinach and mushroom omelet is good, but not this time. Hollandaise tasted off as well.

They were not busy however I understand that most restaurants are working understaffed so I always take that into consideration. However, I waited forever just...

It was horrible! It took a long time to get cold food ! The service wasn't very good either! It seems they just don't care ! Don't waste your money on this plac...
