Domino's Pizza - Ocean Isle Beach

I have not been so angry and shocked at a business in a long while. I started my order at 7:55 pm this evening. It is now 10:38pm. I just wanted to buy wings!! They got here about 40 mins later skin not cooked and fatty! I called back and talked withSUMMER who said she was the MANAGER!! Told her about the wings and that we could not eat them. She said the CHICKEN MUST HAVEBEEN FATTY !!! What??? So after me asking what we were to do about the 38 plus change money I had just spent she HUNG UP ONME!!! I called back. Wouldnt give her last name. Wouldnt give me a reg ofc phone number! She finally said she wouldnt give moneyor a credit to me but would send out another order of COOKED wings! We waited over an hour. I finally had to call backAGAIN...just to find out from someone named Haley or Hailey that Summer was an Assistant Mgr and was off for the night and thatorders were left to just bring us back our money. An hour later or more we are still WAITING!! Now nothing to eat and nomoney!!! and I mean NEVER will I ever order from this place again!! Also found out the place that answers is overseas!! I 'msorry but again...WHAT???!!??? It 's too late to eat now and I 'm still out 40 bucks! If that 's the best Dominos can do...I AMDONE EXCEPT FOR GETTING MY MONEY BACK!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOMINOS!!!!

Ordered an Italian Sub last night. Worst sub I've ever had. It was hard as a rock and all the fixings were shoved on one end of the sandwich. Thin and crispy pepperoni pizza was mediocre.

The center of the pepperoni pizza has no cheese or sauce. The spinach was just thrown on top of the other pizza.

Walked in to a very busy, but organized operation. They had gotten my order about 20 minutes before I got there but with an order of 4 2topping pizzas and all the other orders ahead of mine it still took another 10minutes or so to complete my order.The frontend man kept me updated as to the progress of my order and was very expeditious in getting me done as quickly aspossible

The food was good and the delivery was on time. My mom ordered a pizza for me at work. I was unaware she ordered me a dessert to when I go to hand the man a $20 bill and tells him to keep the change he storms off and goes ?80¢? and starts cussing. I wouldhave gladly tipped if he told me my total from the start. But that reaction was honestly uncalled for.
