This is a very strange hotel to review. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The rooms are neat but extremely tiny considering the price. In my room the world's largest analog clock disturbed my sleep until I got the battery out. All rooms have personal A/C. The breakfast buffet is very good and very large. The hotel has two restaurants, the steak restaurant is fine but not exceptional. And just beside the reception lies the hotels own strip club, visible from the entrance to the lobby. This is very weird to me, but I am not sure that I have that much against it. It doesn't seem like many people go there, but I haven't been near it during late hours. All in all a memorable hotel, but not your normal hotel experience.
You can rename the property to Marins Park but its features as Tsentralnaya will be visible anyway. Yes, polite personnel at the reception desk, some elements of design, cheap but edible set menu in the restaurant that 's nice. But room cleaning... No towel changed, no bed maid during my 3 night stay. And the 'cherry on the top an old hairy peace of soap on the shelf in a shower cabin (used it to check room cleaning it stayed on its place all the time) disgusting, brrr. You say 4 stars, really?
I didn't understood that hotel why it was rated 4 stars actually it is 3 in best case scenario. There are 2 advantages only 15 min walk to railway station and affordable prices. All started at entrance the guard was suspiciously looking at me. Furniture was outdated, rooms required renovation already long time ago. Noise isolation is weak while housekeeping started wacuum cleaning in the corridor at 8.30. They placed huge table and tv screen in a small room. Breakfast was ok. Net, it is old low price soviet hotel as it was.
I had a very bad experience with your hotel! That's why I want my money back! 1. .On arrival at 8:15 pm, the check in took 30-45 minutes because your employee was simply unable to do this job. We were here with 2 young children and it made it even more stressful. .The young man at the reception was simply overwhelmed by this simple task. Furthermore, advertise that English, German, Italian and Russian are spoken in your hotel. I cannot share this experience. .NO ONE speaks English! Just the lady at the front desk. All only speak Russian. No German either. 2. After we finally arrived in our hotel room at 9 o'clock in the evening, the baby bed we had booked was missing. I informed the reception and was promised that one would be brought. 3. We went to dinner. All of the food was cold. The pots for the soups were not connected to the electricity. .all containers for food were without fire underneath. Which is why everything was really cold. Also, everything was empty as well. Nobody felt responsible to replenish food. Again, nobody spoke English! Most of the time the staff were absent! After asking 3 times at the bar if I could get a wine glass, I ended up having to take a normal glass for the wine because it wasn't possible to just give me a wine glass at the bar. .I complained to the front desk again. 4. Back in the room my wife wanted to use the kettle to make the bottle for our baby. .I had to pull the plug immediately because the paneling of the kettle fell off so that my wife would have gotten an electric shock by grabbing the open power cable! 5. I wanted to use the shower but there were no bathrobes anywhere! .Since it was impossible to call the front desk from the phone in the room, I had to get dressed and go back to the front desk. At 11:30 o'clock at night we finally had the bathrobes, a new kettle and the cot. .by this time our children should be in bed long ago. Someone came from the kitchen with a bottle of cheap sparkling wine and a fruit platter and apologized, but this is no excuse that we just wanted to relax and enjoy the evening stress-free after a long drive.This morning at breakfast I couldn't criticize the buffet, but again no simple questions could be answered because nobody speaks English. We were looking for a clean table that we could fit with 2 children. .that was also a problem. That's why I packed all the rubbish from one table to the next dirty table so we could eat. Until we were done, nobody came up with the idea of bringing us new sets and cleaning the table. .this hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. With so many things going wrong, the hotel's management has definitely failed. We wanted yesterday Talk to the manager but we were refused. I don't see any money to pay for so many problems. For cold food, missing things in the hotel room, dangerous kettle and employees who don't speak a single word of English. We want our money back Last time we asked for a manager again at the checkout. Again we were denied this. ..The lady at the reception was busy with one hand under the table to write WhatsApp messages and in the other hand she is holding a telephone receiver and pretending to be on the phone and ignoring me completely. THIS IS DISRESPECT! UNTIL the end no one was brought in to be responsible. I will contact also a lawyer and main company of this hotel. Cause this manger of that hotel seems like don't want to talk with clients and he is not able to manage this hotel.
