Wendy's - Nixa

We always love Wendy's, the new fries however are not so great. Half are always burnt and the other half are always soggy, in the same order. I miss the old fries. Most everyone at this location is super friendly though and our order is accurate 90% of the time.

This Wendys is alway's great! The staff is very welcoming. I've never had cold or double fried french fries. I always hate when you get hot fries that are overcooked. Luckily that has never happened at this location. Lots of parking as well. (if you have 18 wheels there is a walmart next door with a huge parking lot)

The woman who does the first drive thru window in the mornings is not scanning mobile apps properly. I get points in every other instance I come in, but when she checks me out I don’t get anything added to the app. This has happened 3 times with the same woman now. I also used a coupon last time but instead of scanning the mobile app and using it from there she just asked what it was for and took it off manually. I’ll improve my review once I start getting my points.

Food was good nice and hot. Service was nice but the drive thru line was very long. Took us almost 20 minutes to get through it

Switched from a medium to a large fry, and they ended up giving me both. The large fry was hot, but the medium fry wasn't as hot and was mostly small pieces. But I can't complain kuz they were free!
