Sweet Point - Niagara Falls

I had an amazing experience at Sweet Point and can't wait to go back. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. It's a great place to visit and dine. Although the prices were a bit steep, the food and service were fantastic. We look forward to our next visit. Amazing people and delicious food. Love it!

I was extremely disappointed with the service and the product at this restaurant. The cashier was inexperienced and took over 10 minutes to make 3 cones for the customers ahead of me, only to forget to take payment. When the manager realized the mistake, they pushed the new cashier back and attended to me. I ordered a milkshake, but it had a watery consistency. When I requested a different shake, I was initially told they do not give refunds since it had already been made. After insisting, they agreed to make a new shake. The final product was thicker but still not up to par. I ended up throwing it away and felt like I wasted $8. I will not be returning to this restaurant. The staff seemed clueless and unprofessional. For a better milkshake, I recommend going to the Hershey Store a few blocks away. The service was terrible, the product was subpar, and the manager should be embarrassed.

The price was a little steep for IHOP, but this is the only place in the area where we receive good service. The view of the falls during breakfast was lovely.

2 people on the line ahead of us and it took 22 minutes to reach us. Very slippery on the blade and its weighed too!! They even weigh it for Shakes. So slow, not friendly and you get one, a napkin per person. It's a little napkin. No money, just card. Too expensive for 2 small pots of ice.

Great ice cream, the small cones are plenty. Lots of variety of cones : sugar , waffle , etc etc. Nice treat !
