Montana's BBQ & Bar - Niagara Falls

The restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere and the food is amazing. It's been a while since I've had a steak that good! The service from the host, server, and management was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to try it out.

The restaurant does not accept reservations even though you can book a table through OpenTable.

Our order took more than 90 minutes to arrive, despite the restaurant not being busy. The staff provided weak excuses and did not make any effort to make up for the delay. We were with international guests and felt embarrassed by the experience.

It was a total disaster! We arrived and they said that they didn’t have our reservation. After finding a table for us, it took half an hour to get service. An 1.5 hours to get the food! The potatoes weren’t as ordered. It was awful!!! Bad experience. Do not go there again EVER!!!

They didnt come to our table for 30min. Out of 7 people, 4 had errors and missing parts of their meals. They forgot our 2nd app and brought it with the bill. We were there almost 3hrs. They over charged us $60 on the bill plus tip and at day 3 still havent refunded us. Manager never called me i had to call him. Still waiting for answer. Escalated for district manager to call me.
