Fudge Factory - Niagara Falls

Would not recommend to those who are allergic to peanuts, tree nuts and other legumes...fudge is TOO NUTTY!!!

Candy fudge shop... OMG!!! Great experience and so good. I felt like a kid again. Tje price seems fair enough for the piece we had. Definitely a YES.

Have some fudge and other snacks here during the walk around Clifton Hill, Fudge was buying 3 get 1 free at $6.99 each, Fudge is great, Snacks are good, good selection of interesting fudge flavors

I stayed at the Fudge Factory with my 10-year-old and 16-month, while my husband and 4 years old drove a rollercoaster together. My 16 month old sat in his car after a long morning, ready for a little nap.... My 10 years old asked me to help him get a taste of Fudge out, so before I started driving to him, I checked on my 16 months old to see if he was still asleep. I found him lumped and blue, so I ripped him out of the car and started screaming for help. I realized that he chose something clearly, so I started hitting him again when I asked for help. There were probably 5 6 people standing around and staring at us. He started to throw, so I thought he was okay, so I thought he was for me and realized he wasn't breathing and he was still completely blue. At this point I'm totally crazy and I'm starting to scream that he screams and we really need help. Nothing yet. No one moved a muscle. After more backslides, he made this terrible noise and broke everywhere and then he started screaming, so I knew he could at least breathe again. I picked him up, we were both in vomiting, we're both sowing. Everyone was still staring. It took a few minutes to calm down, and I asked an employee if they had a mop so I could clean up. They were so incredibly rude!!!! One of the ladies just looked at the floor and said ugh and went back after she had seen all this. No single employee asked if we needed anything, didn't ask if we were okay. We feel even more terrible. It was so traumatic, and I will never be EVER again. Customer service was just terrible! I understand that the employees also panicked and did not know what to do at this moment or how to react, but not even help AFTER to check the fact or even just whether we are okay SO terrible. I'm just so disappointed.

Amazing prices, amazing friendly staff. Wasnt; ' busy when we went there. Fudge is to die for. Great Taste, good prices, great selection.
