Massimo’s Italian Fallsview

I was hesitant to eat in a restaurant inside of a hotel, but it was honestly one of the best meals I have ever had. I ordered minestrone soup, which was vegetarian and made with local vegetables. My daughter liked it so much that she asked for her own bowl. My mom and I had the hand-made gnocchi, and it literally just melted in our mouths. My husband had chicken wrapped in prosciutto and he loved it. The caprese salad was delicious, and the panna cotta for dessert was absolutely amazing. We also had phenomenal service from Julie, and we liked the wine there so much that we bought several bottles to bring back home. We wish we could have their chef cook for us again! The view was absolutely gorgeous, too!

Little variety of food. The photos on the website are misleading as nothing pictured was at the buffet. Server did not take drink order.

I feel like McDonald’s has more options than this “buffet” has. No other drinks except water and coffee are included. The meat was all burnt. It was $45 a person and it should have been $15 for the value of the food. I wasn’t satisfied and left feeling robbed. I’d recommend going outside of the hotel for food.

The food was cold, left out for long periods of time. Definitely not worth $45/person. We hardly ate because it wasn't enjoyable. Our server was nice and helpful but I would not go back.

Terrible food. The only thing that helped was the view and the service. Overall the quality and food just is not there.
