It's not clean! Limited options for breakfast which does not include fruits! Hydro goes off everyday at around 9 am in between breakfast and people need to wait till power comes back for using appliances.

I don’t even know where to start. Choosing this hotel I didn’t have great expectations but I didn’t know it was that bad. So let me start with service. There was no service whatsoever. Cleaning girl that was coming to clean rooms was in and out in few minutes to prep between customers. We stayed at the hotel 3 nights but room wasn’t cleaned at all our entire stay. We were told that we suppose to request someone to clean the room. Shower was dirty and moldy, I was disgusted to step into it. Towels were garbage, smelled like old frying pan and wasn’t white anymore. We basically used them as a carpet on a floor that was also pretty filthy. Bed sheet were yellow and covered in some spots. I called the front desk but was told that those are freshly prepared sheets. We didn’t have toilet paper so I had to call to request that. I don’t know if TV worked cause I didn’t watch it. Fridge was in the room but I didn’t open it. Fan for the hair wasn’t working. Breakfast was just funny, there was muffin, coffee and some interesting looking egg with sausage. I didn’t attempt to eat it so I cant tell how it tastes. So this is what I did, I went to Walmart which was like 8 min drive, I bought bed sheets, towels, and toiletries. Thankfully I brought my hair dryer from home. The location of this hotel wasn’t ideal also, it’s like 15 min drive from the Niagara Falls park. On a way over there we saw bunch of beautiful hotels closer to the park and main part of the town. I am definitely not coming back here again and do not recommend going here with family. For the price here just do yourself a favor and get just a hotel, don’t count on a breakfast. Or if you decide to come here regardless just bring your own things.

Visited again and it was same best experience after many years. Staff was courteous and helpful, room were clean and nice breakfast. Bit crowded on day of my visit but enjoyed stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful! I can not say enough about how nice and helpful the staff was. If you are seeing the falls stay here!
