I remember a few years back I think, I got a smoothie and that I looked through the see through plastic cup and I saw hair! yes hair! I am sure it wasn't like chocolate syrup or hair on the outside either but luckily the people who made it apologized and made me a new one but I am so happy I spotted it before I walked out.
The over night crew(12am-6am) at 1 Hampton House Rd in newton nj, Are excellent in every way, they make sure we get our coffee fresh and the food is Prepared correctly correctly. The gas attendant does not leave us waiting. We love how everyone is pleasantly friendly and the stories clean. Most of the quick checks in our area i wish i could say the same about them but I can not. Thank you OVER NIGHT TIME CREW (12am-6am) quick check at location 1 Hampton house road for all you do and your excellent service!!
3 times in the past 3 months i would say I asked for 10 regular, this clearly means fill it regular because they kept filling my gas tank and I got stuck with 60 dollars worth of gas everytime. I stopped by today on my drive home as I'm 9 months pregnant and needed to use the restroom and eat something. Big mistake. I waited 25 minutes for a simple 6 inch sub, and it was disgusting. The lettuce is brown, the bread was soaked with oil and vinegar even though I didn't order that on my sandwich because it gives me heartburn, and again, 25 minutes to just throw it away in the garbage. It's a shame because I work for this company and my store would never function like this. I know how some products can be really good if made correctly, and this was just disgusting. Plus you can't allow your customers to wait that long for a simple sub that should take no more then 2 minutes to prepare especially considering it's not even toasted. It's not the chain that is the problem, it's the management and staff apparently. Guess I will just continue to go only to my store, atleast I know the products aren't out of code and no way would I have waited 25 minutes for a sub nor get stuck with huge gas bills because of their mistakes.
The first time I got a sandwich here it was terrible. Since other Quick Cheks are decent, I figured this was a fluke and had another months later. It was worse. The ham was more grey than pink, the lettuce was brown, and the roll was like a rock. The manager was rude when I brought this to her attention. Since this is the only place open in the middle of the night, I am forced to go here, but will never eat there again. The bathroom is usually dirty, too
