Jersey Dog - Newton

If you love hot dogs, this place must be near the hot dog sky. In addition to an extensive menu of dressed dogs (see photo for menu), you have a selection of traditional cooked or deep roasted dogs as well as your choice of brand (Sarbet or Thuman). The fries are also good. I would have rated Jersey Dog 5 stars, but their selection of drinks was limited. But hey, you go for the dogs and not for the dogs.

Here on the basis of the proposal of a former employee (who is also boss) and I am so glad that I did. If I had to say any negatives, I could say that the parking lot was small and the waiting time was a little longer than I would expect... but that's really it. Everything else was great. I ordered an Italian dog because I love her, and the BLT Dog with Dirty Jersey Sauce based on her recommendation. The costs for these were in line with other special dogs that you would get from places like these in Jersey, so that this was a plus. The Italian dog was massive and delicious. The potatoes were perfectly boiled and the taste of paprika and onions while was excellent. The BLT Dog was even better! I wasn't super enthusiastic about a dog with salad and tomatoes in bacon with a spicy Mayo... but I was wrong, and I'm glad to admit it. I would suggest this to everyone who tried this house for the first time, and I certainly did not have my last!

Really good. Some interior and exterior seats. Fast service and food was super delicious. We had some fried dogs and some “Dirty Water” dogs as well as some onion rings. Everything was very good.

I've been working in Newton since October 21st, trying it out. I finally left today and am crazy!!! I wasted so much time that I had eaten Jersey Dogs. The absolute best dog and pommes. I wish I had time to try them all.

Mom/pop and sons place...Thumans deep fried Texas chili dog with spicy mustard and of course spicy chili...deep fried well done fries...all i have to say is yum!! Everyone is so nice...worth the trip!
