I first discovered the Happy Wombat when I was staying at the Quest for a work trip in Newcastle, and it soon became my go-to restaurant.

I recently discovered the Happy Wombat and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was not only open, but also very busy, just a few days after Christmas.

After a long day at work, I was craving a nice piece of fish. However, what I received was not quite what I was expecting.
