Starbucks - New York City

Customer Service: 5Cleanliness: 4Location: 5Restroom is available for their customersWe stopped by this Starbucks location this afternoon, while we were visiting the Manhattan area. It was conveniently just around the corner from Times Square, and was very easy to find. The facility was not very crowded but it could have been a little bit cleaner. The staff was very friendly and professional. The young man messed up my order and fixed a cold coffee, when I had ordered a hot coffee. Once I pointed out the mix up, the young man quickly corrected the issue.

The worst starbucks I have been. Normally in Starbucks you don’t get good coffee but at least acceptable. In this case they were not able to make a normal Cappuccino’s foam, with milk too hot and with bubbles!

I had to enquire about my order as noone was making my drinks only to be told they have been made already and at the end of the desk. apparently my name was called. however, if the music wasn't soo loud I may have heard my name and my own conversation I was trying to have. turn it down and speak up would be better service

We had literally every morning breakfast in this Starbucks. All staff are friendly even in busy time slots! Chapeau!!
