Dunkin' - Feedback

The staff here clearly lack an understanding of customer service. It’s frustrating, as losing just one customer can be quite costly for them in the long run.

Not only did this branch get my order wrong, they charred my croissant despite being asking for it to be lightly toasted.

I had ordered something, they gave me it something. Not recommended

The restaurant wasn't open at 6 o'clock. They saw us waiting outside, but it didn't bother me.

The staff at this restaurant seem to lack an understanding of customer service. It's incredibly costly to lose customers, and it happens far too often here.
