KFC - NEW WATERFORD

Undercooked chicken, untrained staff, bad service and impolite cashier. Also, they don’t have the spicy flavour chicken offered by other outlets. Kindly make efforts to improve.

I ate in very quiet pleasant atmosphere. Speedy Service, and the Only KFC I have eaten at in a Long Time that wasn't Pure Grease the chicken was as fresh and juicy as I remember as a kid 50 years ago. I will certainly be back ??

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this KFC location in New Waterford. In the last 10 years, I have not had better food and service at any other KFC in Canada. Despite KFC's decline in recent years, I still crave their chicken occasionally. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and they even brought some of our food to our table while we waited. I highly enjoyed their double tender sandwich combo, which had a crispy exterior, juicy chicken, and flavorful seasoning. The sandwich was served on a delicious bun with complementary sauce and toppings. The fries were also well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return to this location.

I order at the restaurant,got home and missing 2 sides .

The chicken pieces are getting smaller, especially when ordering extra crispy chicken. If you ask for all white meat and pay for it, you still end up getting thighs every time. I will not be purchasing from this restaurant again. Support your local fried chicken spot instead.
