Bidra med feedbackMy family (table of 4 was at your restaurant by chance for Mothers Day 5/13/18, as other local businesses were booked. (This place looks more like a banquet room with tables and there is no atmosphere The prices for what you get in this location are very extreme (overpriced for the quality of the product and the portion sizes. I have to say the service is an absolute train wreck, but I think this is because there are not enough staff and they are not trained very well. Besides having really bad service, no one asks how you doing or talks to you at all. After taking our order we never heard a word from our waiter again. He did not say hello or anything, just are you ready to order . I asked a different waiter if service is always this bad and he said: its Mothers Day, what do you expect . So even though that says do not go next year, I highly doubt service is ever any good here. We watched two tables of 4 walk out after waiting too long, and the staff just watched them walk out and said nothing. One of these tables was the immediate table to our side. We watched them just keep looking around for over 20 minutes, no water, no waiter, nothing. 1 There is no manager present. 2 There was 3 staff serving the entire 2 rooms it appeared. 3 The wait staff was doing their own seating with no front desk person. 4 The wait staff would re-set a table as you arrived, so upon arrival, everyone waited for this. This also affected service to tables that were waiting for service. 5 The wait staff was busy with their own checkouts. 6 The wait staff was busy performing their own bussing and water service. We were served bread and butter pretty quickly, but this is where service ended. 1 Water came 10 minutes later after we asked. 2 Our order was taken after 20 minutes. 3 After 45 minutes waiting for our salad, our first course arrived, and only after I asked about our salads, and the waiter said salads come out with dinner (HUH? Appetizers were horrible. The mozzarella was hard as a rock and no taste whatsoever. The Spiedini was all breadcrumb and no beef or veal unless this was ground into the breadcrumb. This is supposed to be a thin roll of beef or veal, and this is not what you get. The Chicken Parmesan was tasteful, and the side portion of pasta was about the size of a bread and butter plate. The Chicken Francaise came with 2 and a half pieces of thin breast. (The third piece was cut in half, so I wonder who received the other half of my order Salads were wilted, but the dressing was OK. We did not remain for dessert. Because this was Mothers Day we tolerated this terrible service and food, but we will never go back here even though family just moved locally. I do have to give the few wait staff credit for running around and looking like they are hard workers. They always looked busy, but service is just terrible. They just don 't have any training it seems. I know there is a Mexican restaurant across the street from this location that is very busy with good service and good food. Go there instead.
Fresh and delicious food with a very friendly staff. The filet mignon, Shrimp and pasta phenomenal! Can't wait for our next visit. By the way, BYOB!
I went here around dinner time with my family so we dined in first and didn't mention that we'll reserve for it for an event. I was looking for a place to have as a reception after my daughter's upcoming christening and this restaurant is really close to church. I wasn't expecting much since the reviews here were so-so before but I actually love the place. Simplicity is beauty and this place is, they have an excellent food well seasoned and balance, they try to make homemade stuffs and they are proud of it (love the fact that the homemade lemonade wasn't too sweet it was just perfect You must know and listen to daily specials (soo good, glad I tried it! great service, and nice ambiance. I called a couple of times and they pickup right away all the time. Truly professionals and overall a very acceptable restaurant. My husband and son finished everything that we ordered. I think they listened to the previous reviews because they printed their event menu clear and nicely. Super friendly crew and very accommodating (I only have a few guests not as much as their 50pax minimum but they still allowed me to use the banquet place I'm glad I picked this restaurant. I think it's so worth it. Priced decently and not too much to break the bank. Thank you so very much.
Was there for a 30 wedding anniversary dinner! Food was good, staff very nice. Restaurant was very cute!
First, it’s a BYOB, yea! Lieto’s in on a main street and fortunately has its own parking lot. It’s my third visit there; however two visits were for a group party. Food and service was real good for the parties. My recent visit was just my wife I. We both enjoyed our meals and the service was great. Before I say more let me say that we are both American-Italians, and we both like to cook. We ordered the Fried Calamari as an appetizer. It was the only part of the meal that we did not enjoy; it was too chewy. I had the Chicken Scarpapello. It contained chicken, sausage, mushrooms, onions and potatoes. The sauce was light and slightly creamy. The two large chicken filets were very tender (not over-cooked) and juicy. It came with a side of pasta and I requested that the entrée be put over the pasta in one dish. It was delicious. My wife had the Chicken Parmigianino. Her chicken (also two large filets) was extra tender and juicy. She had her pasta on the side with a red sauce. She said it was delicious and took what remained home. What surprised us was how good the salad was (comes with the meal); the dressing was delicious. We found out later that it’s a home-made house dressing. I should mention that the restaurant was very spacious and clean. Nice white tablecloths on all of the tables. The prices were moderate. Even though the calamari was chewy I still gave it a 5-star rating. We shall return.
