Boston Pizza - New Glasgow

Waiting for seating with the family and no one was dining, 2 people in the bar room and no server to seat us. We waiting for 7 minutes, still no one. Thanks Boston

The food is fairly good, the price is reasonable. The issue is the time period between when you sit and leave has far to many gaps in the experience. 20 minutes before you can order drinks, 30 before you get the food, and another 30 till you get your bill. The issue isn't the staff aside from constantly being under staffed due to a high turn over rate.

Food bland, service was very slow, friendly staff. One waitress for entire bar side, also took care of the bar making drinks. Good luck…won’t be

Enjoyed the Smokey Mountain Spaghetti and Meatballs, lots of it gets served with 3 huge meatballs, if your really hungry you might get thru it all, I was there for lunch, ate half and had the rest for supperHighly recommended!

Great experience! Server was wonderful. Got the Korean chicken sandwich and carnivore pasta, good portions and delicious.
