Taco Bell - Murrieta

The manager maybe I can forgive she's younger but Saturday night I'm here to do a food delivery and she gave the order to another person without checking that the order was correctSo then she tells me it's not her problem someone else took my orderThe food delivery service said its willing to reimburse the store to reprocess the order but let's all agree2 other people in the store all agreed with meThe manager should remake the order because she made the mistake of handing to a random personInstead I take the loss in payNot OK, not the ethical choice... hopefully the manager thinks this throughAlso no one answered their phone from the food service company which I could see the employees weren't going to answer

My family and I order Taco Bell every once in a while and I get the power menu bowl with grilled chicken. I'm trying to eat healthier and this is packed with protein and fiber so I stay full all day. The service when I pick up from there is a decent amount of waiting time. It's not super long, too fast. And they always get our order right. The place inside is casual, like all fast food restaurants. They have good food, and my whole family always eats all their food lol, so it must be good!

Constantly having issues with barely putting anything on food, missing items, things made wrong. For example, pay extra to make something chicken and then pay for a side of chicken and they didn’t put any chicken on taco and barely anything in the side. This is just one of many examples and they are the worst in the Murrieta/Temecula area.

Never going here again during the day. The older blonde lady giving out food made me feel really uncomfortable and kept saying weird stuff in the most sarcastic tone. The night time employees are way better . There should be no reason the employee asks you 4 times if u want sour cream on ur del taco.

So pissed!!! This is what my Taco Supreme Combo order looked like!!! I couldn't pick it up cause it was soggy on the bottom plus taco shell all broken up!!! I ended up eating it with a fork!!! Will not do business with the Taco Bell on Murrieta Hot Springs Winchester Rd in the Albertson's Mall area again!!! Terrible customer service!
