Dunkin’ wasn’t what was expected, this place was clean and organized, the service was okay. Went for donuts and they wasn’t the best. The donuts were a little hard and didn’t have a fresh taste. Order a coffee it was very good. Believe the morning is the best time to get donuts from Dunkin’s so I will try them again.
I did a Mobil order this morning and went to pick it up. Order a donut. Two plain bagels. Two drinks. And one fritter. Picked up my order and half way home the plain bagels had a bunch of cream cheese on it. Went back to get a remake. Manager was super sweet but the rest of the staff didn't really care if I was standing there or not. After getting a remake and getting home I looked over my receipt and I got stiffed a fritter. Wasn't busy in drive thru or inside so I don't understand how a simple order got messed up like that.
Today there was a middle aged Caucasian employee who aggressively yelled at me and my husband to pick up our order from the counter, except, another female employee had already given us our order. My husband, who is kind and didn’t want to make a fuss, went over to see what the problem was. It was the employee’s mistake. He almost gave us double product because he and the other workers seem to have not been communicating well about what orders were made or still needed to be made. He didn’t even apologize for his mistake or embarrassing us by loudly yelling about our order (which we’d already gotten) in the store in front of other customers and employees. Before we left, I decided I would get a sandwich and ordered from the kiosk. When the sandwich was done, it was left on the counter to get cold, as none of the employees called out our order number. Either the employee was being passive aggressive or was embarrassed from his first mistake and didn’t want to call out the number, but the only people who suffered, in terms of the poor service, was me and my husband. This is my hometown Dunkin’ so sad. Would not recommend.
Love this location. The employees are the absolute best! Super friendly, and drinks are consistently good.
