Starbucks - Murrieta

I gave 4 stars because most of the time I get excellent customer service. Today, unfortunately they didn't get my drink correct. Has happened a few times. It is very annoying! This is not a London Fog as ordered, it is just tea.

I'll be honest, I don't do coffee outside of my home kitchen often. I only like the Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso. When the ingredients are in stock, it's a 50/50 chance it will taste like it should. To be fair, I have had this same issue at most Murrieta/Temecula area Starbucks. The new building is very nice though. Staff is friendly, decent selection of non coffee items.

This Starbucks is off the 215 Fwy off the Murrieta Hot Springs exit in the Burlington shopping center with drive-thru and plenty of parking. Today I had a Pink Drink which is a Strawberry Acai Refresher w/accents of Passion Fruit creamy Coconut Milk, perfect for this hot day. The drink was pretty satisfying but this location 's drive-thru lacks customer service pretty bad, not even a hello or thank you in fact I had to ask for my total so I could pay which makes it awkward.

This Starbucks does not hold back. From the friendly service to the PERFECT drinks I received. Like I really need to press the drinks looked like that came out of a Starbucks photo shoot and tasted like heaven. Worth every penny! Thank you!

A decent and clean store with kind employees that always get my drink just right.
