Chili's Grill Bar - Murrieta

The food is great! The server's are very nice and attentive!

Historically we have had horrible service but great food. Our experience tonight was outstanding, super friendly, and the seafood pasta was amazing.

I ordered the shrimp fajitas and the chicken crispers, and both the food and service were outstanding.

If I could give a lower rating, I absolutely would. I waited 45 minutes just to hear from the bartender that my wings and fries would take an additional 45 minutes, or what they referred to as “a hot minute.” I understand that staff shortages can happen, but after having us place our orders without bringing drinks and failing to communicate that it would be a 90-minute wait for such simple items, I’m honestly surprised that anyone stayed in the restaurant. This is unacceptable, and I can’t believe the corporate office allows this to occur. I won’t be returning.

Well, it’s a Chili's, right? So what makes this location stand out? The answer is straightforward: execution. They know what needs to be done, and they do it well. We visited twice within the same week. On our first night, the place was PACKED, yet the staff promptly cleared a booth for us. The food was perfectly prepared, with absolutely delicious Philly steak sandwiches and curly fries—everything fresh and hot. They had some fantastic drink specials, and the staff were very ATTENTIVE, frequently checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Our second visit was just as impressive, with piping hot food served and excellent service. It may be one of those chain restaurants that makes you question whether you should eat there, but I highly recommend it. They understand what needs to be done and execute it flawlessly—you won’t regret it!
