Carib Fish Market Grill - Mount Vernon

It is a beautiful small place on the Ave in Mt. Vernon. I found this place on Groupon. So I had the fried shrimps with rice and peas with plantains. My nabeby had the fried chicken cry and peas venggie and plantain. We shared the Mac and the cheese that had roasted red peppers. The staff is very friendly. They use Uber-Essen and Grub-Hub as their delivery service. My shrimps were cooked to order what I like and it was well seasoned. The fried chicken was also good. The Mac and the cheese were good. My best advice when ordering will get a shovel of Mac and cheese with rice and peas. You're pairing well.

Had curry chicken, Mac and cheese and collar. All were well seasoned and perfect texture. A large part was enough for 3 meals. The woman was beautiful on the counter. Thank you.

I stopped this restaurant shopping in the area. When I arrived, I made my presence known because there were no personnel in the front because they work in the back. The person who welcomed me also explained the food they had to offer and based on their explanation I ordered. The restaurant itself saw and smells clean. There was also no fishy order that some seafood restaurants have. I kicked fritted with fries for me and her brewed fish for a friend. The waiting period was not too long because the fried fish was already prepared and the whistle did not last long. I enjoyed my whistling and didn't get any complaints about the whipped fish so I definitely plan to return.

Hidden in this place with the DoorDash app and it's wonderful! Great food for a great price! I've ordered from here twice last month. The first time I ordered the crab legs that were big and tasty and the second time I ordered the Cajun Whisky and Mac n cheese! Both amazing. So glad I found this place! Will order a lot from here!
