Best McDonald’s I ever been to. I didn’t have to ask for my food to be fresh. They gave me my fries and fish filet fresh. Great job team. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came in to pick up an Uber eats order from the Mount Dora Orange Blossom location, it was raining and I was rushing in trying to get the order and ended up slipping the staff were so kind and ran to my aid helped me up and wouldn’t leave my side until they made sure I was ok. I didn’t get any names but God bless them all :

Stop sending people to the parking lot when there is only 1 car in line. It's beyond annoying.

This McDonald’s at Stoney brook hills village has poor management they seen not to care about their customers at all they need to be retrained on customer service or the franchise need to get taken away from the owner because they simply don’t care about customer service at this location lots of patrons that went to the drive thru this morning was told that they need to come inside and use the kiosk to order they did not give a reason why until you went inside thats not good customer service should have explained that the system was down food was ok not hot just Luke warm this particular location seems to have a lot of management problems and need to be corrected soon or shut this location down
