Bidra med feedbackService is not quite there, more interested talking to their mates than serving customers. Food is okay
We had lunch at this restaurant during ski season and felt that the prices were exorbitant for the amount of food we received. My two-year-old fell asleep, so I ordered a few coffees and settled in to read while I waited. However, a waitress I hadn’t seen before abruptly placed a ‘reserved’ sign on our table and walked away. When I inquired about it, a man who I assumed was the manager—without introducing himself—came over and told me something along the lines of, “You can’t stay here all day; we need the tables” even though there were several empty tables available, one of which he chose for himself. After a pointless back-and-forth discussion, I had no choice but to wake my sleeping child and carry all our belongings out into the snow. Other reviews echo this negative experience. I recommend eating somewhere else.
While the food was decent, the service was incredibly disappointing. Even though we were still eating, the manager kept approaching our table to ask if we were finished. At one point, the rude manager remarked, "You can't stay here all day," despite the fact that we had only been there for an hour. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.
This is a charming and cozy place to relax between skiing or snowboarding sessions. They offer fantastic espresso martinis, along with a variety of delicious sweet and savory snacks.
The food was enjoyable, but it took a while to be served. The service was good, though, and the waiter was apologetic about the wait.
