Cook Out - Morristown

Excellent milkshakes I think the food is really good as well. I like the tray selections that are available. the employees that are working the drive-thru, need to slow down and speak more clearly. The customer shouldn't have to guess what was being saidand be made to feel as though they are being rushed.

Normally a great place but there dinner crew has messed up my order 3 times now. Day crew never messes my order up. Also the food is more fresh for lunch then it is for dinner.

Was given hotdogs that were so burnt they were flaking apart in my fingers. Got a quesadilla that had no sauce on it at all, and the corndog was cold and rubbery where it had been sitting so long. I work for the same company and I would NEVER serve someonefood like that. Wouldn?t even feed it to my dog.

Decent food for what it is. I was originally upset they put lettuce, tomato, and mayo on my burger, but it was a careless oversight on my part that it came with the Steak Style option. Shakes are yummy but the flavor and consistency vary all thetime. Sometimes it is light on flavor, and other times it is super strong. Also, sometimes you cam enjoy them with just astraw, and other times, you need a heavy duty spoon. Decent place overall.

Food was good, but i have always been able to get a bbq chicken wrap until yesterday. i was told they never had bbq chicken wraps and couldn?t make one. i think they just didn?t want to make one. come on cookout!
