Pal's Sudden Services - Morristown

October 2023. Located in Morristown, Tn. My first time stopping by here. Pals Sudden Services does live up to its name. There is only a drive thru where you place food order at one window, pay, then circle the building to pick the food. No inside dining. The menu had typical American fast food. Burgers, fries hotdogs, chili dogs, drinks. Alot more on menu. But I forgot to take a picture of it. I ordered a chili dog fresh fries. After picking up my lunch. I sat in a parking space ate in vehicle. I enjoyed the quick tasty food. For a fast food place. No complaints here! I'll return one day. Pics inenclosed. First pals I've ever had and boy when they say sudden service they mean it, couldn't even look at the menu board before the girl was wondering why I didn't order but she was nice and the food was about what you'd expect from a fast food joint, good fry seasoning Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

It's sad but Pal's is not the same. It has really gone downhill this year. I was served burnt fries and a dried out cold Big Pal today. This location is particularly getting worse with every visit. They need to get rid of the grouchy old woman taking money and handing out food. She looks at you like you are trash. She always has an attitude, but all the other workers are fantastic.
