Arby's - Mooresville

Arby's is a good alternative to burgers or tacos or pizza if you are looking for something else... The pages are pretty good, with Jalapeno Poppers, Mozzarella Sticks, and curly pommes that are my personal favorites. Shakes are also available. This special Arby's makes a good job to get your order right and fresh.

Tenders fries were hot crispy. Gyro was good, but just mildly warm, not hot by any strech of imagination. But, it was 9:50 pm at night. We were just thrilled they were open. Service was very friendly.

The service was good, and the food was tasty. However, the pepper shaker and milkshake machine were both broken again.

I would rate this restaurant 4 out of 5 stars. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and it provided great accessibility for disabled customers. The parking lot also had a nice accessible spot. The food was served hot, fresh, and quickly, and the customer service was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and the manager effectively guided their team. The only downside was that the floor was quite slippery, even though it wasn’t wet, so be cautious if you’re not wearing non-slip shoes.

The service was a bit slow, similar to many places, so it took some time for our food to arrive. However, the staff worked hard, and the young person at the counter was friendly.
