Great food. Great people. Real deal. Did I mention delicious food?! I'll be back!

I got take out. Food was excellent. On time as promised. Friendly staff. Only concern was that hot and cold foods were packaged together. My salad was a little warm. Will go again. Wheelchair accessibility: Small strip mall type entrance directly from lot. Park in front of the door. No steps.

Every single time I get delivery. They always forget the drinks. Every single time and every single time I remind them to please don't forget the drinks. What happens.....they forget the drinks. ?

The original owners sold this place and the food actually got better!! That was over a year ago and the pizza got much better, but now the pizza is TERRIBLE no mozzarella FAKE CHEESE that turns yellow!! I have ordered the grandma pie and it was GREAT but last two times the dough was too thick and over cooked I sent it back. I ask for extra cheese and sauce and pay $28 for a pizza and it sucked!! Cutting corners at the customer cost!! Other dishes are good, but FORGET the pizza!! I have to tell them how to make a pizza??? Start with REAL MOZZARELLA and add herbs !’

Flew in for a work trip this week and we decided to order Gencarelli's Pine Brook last minute through UberEats. I took these photos midway through the meal. Being a vegetarian, and without seeing clear labeling on their menu, I called the restaurant ahead of time to find out what was safe to order. The guy I chatted with (possibly the Manager, Walter? was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure he got me the right info for dishes, and communicated with the cook after we ordered to avoid any mix-ups. All of the food (cheese ravioli with parmesan, garlic sauteed spinach, beet salad, plain rolls was fresh and the quality was exceptional. Portions were large and I was able to eat on them for a couple days. The plain cheesecake was literally the best I've ever had in my life. I'm still dreaming about it and wish I could have it shipped to TX. I definitely recommend Gencarelli's Pine Brook for a delicious night out or even a relaxing night in. Can't wait for my next visit to NJ! Vegetarian options: Call and ask them if you're unsure. Everything I ordered was vegetarian, and they are very accommodating.
