Queue de Castor - Mont-Tremblant

Delicious! I tried beavertails for the first time and they are truly amazing - I wish I had discovered them sooner.

Beavertails are a must when visiting Mount Tremblant.

Mont Tremblant holds a special place in my childhood memories, and the Beaver Tails from Queues de Castor are iconic treats that always bring me back to that gooey, heavenly taste.

I was amazed at the size of the beaver tails, having used to taste elsewhere, I found them rather small. I find it a shame not to be able to see the people who prepare them, if it is not the top of their head, At the end of a moment we realized that they had forgotten our order...

Waited in a 15 minute line in the blazing sun before being told 'cash only.' We were ok with this thankfully, but the poor family with a baby behind us did not have cash and left quite upset (rightfully so). The line was down the street but they had one poor person serving as cashier and cook. Kids liked the chocolate and banana beaver tail, and it was a fun treat. Just not sure I would wait so long next time. :).
