Holiday Inn Express Suites Tremblant

General Tao chicken was disgusting. Tasted like it was prepped the day before and reheated to serve. The coke we ordered tasted like watered down RC cola that was also disgusting. When we brought this up to the waitress she told us “nothing here is microwaved, do you want to see our kitchen?!” She then tried to charge us for the drinks we took one sip of before realizing it was disgusting. The general Tao was also 26$ per order, so not exactly cheap. Thai express makes a better general Tao..Avoid this place at all costs…

Staff behavior so rude. Why tips should be mandatory. One of your safe said whatever tips you gave its nothing you don't have to come back . It's our wishes we have to gave it or not . We are tourists come from long way to visit this beautiful place . She has no right to behave and gave decision where to eats or not . We order chow mean with shrimp extra charge for shmrip plus service charge . One bowl 34 dollar o God. She was simply rude how dare she said you don't want to come back to eat. So insulted in front of everyone! Totally spoiled our mood . Simply I not gonna recommend anyone ! What behavior with tourists? Is that good image for your restaurant WOK ! One bad behavior enough to ruins mood.

This is the worst restaurant I have been too, where the wait staff is demanding tips from you like they are entitled for a specific percentage after leaving them a tip, after I paid the bill and left them a tip, they went up to my friends claiming the tip was too less and that they needed more, this is shocking and outrageous, from reading other reviews it looks like the owner is not paying them well enough and have trained the wait staff to behave like gangsters where they are demanding how much money you need to tip them, they forget that they are waiting in mont Tremblant and not in a billionaires yacht in Monaco. It is absolutely unacceptable to complain how much tip they want after leaving them a tip, I would not recommend this place of extortion for money to anyone, serving sub standard food and practising bullying with customers, it’s a shame on tourism in mont tremblant, someone needs to bring them into line.

At first glance you think this place isn’t legit, but give it a shot. As long as you’re not looking for some super authentic noodle house, you’ll leave pleasantly surprised. I know I was.

We enjoyed the flavorful dishes at this place, though I wish the portions were more generous. Their location is top-notch, tho!
