Ruby Tuesday - Mitchell

I ordered a pick up order online and got the confirmation it would be ready at 650. My daughter arrived and called at 649 to let them know she was there and at 711 she was still waiting. I called to see what was going on and was told they are really busy and transferred me to the bar. The bar person found order sitting there, but wasn't sure how long and I asked to find out because I didn't want food that has been sitting there a while. Then another person gets on the phone and says they are really busy and she should have just came in and got it. I said no she shouldn't have! What is the point of having pick up service if they can't do it. I was then told they have no control over ordering online and again I said what's the point in having it. I then asked for a refund and had to talk to another person who said the same thing and that they could not issue me a refund because they have no control over it and again told me how busy they are. Next I was told to talk to the GM. He got on the phone and offered me a gift card and I said NO I want a refund because the same thing happened quite a while back and I didn't say anything and want a refund. We will see if the refund happens uggg

It was quiet when we arrived. Had a wonderful waitress,,,RT,,, she is such a pleasant person. We got to visit a bit with her and enjoyed her very much.Food was good and hot.Parking: Usually at door.

The manager got up into my face screaming at me when I walked in the door! She screamed that she was banning me for taking an order incorrectly bagged by them. She blamed me that I delivered food with incorrect items to a customer. The items were incorrectly given to me as a DoorDash employee. She threatened to kick me out of restaurant and said, “I never want to see your face here again.” I felt very unsafe by her demeanor in my personal space and was blamed for her wrongdoing.
