Stan's Ice Cream - Milan

My boss called Stans for an Eistruck for our workplace, as it is 104 degrees and we don't have ac, so he was nice and tried to treat us well, we did an auction to 11, he asked them to be here before 11 and they showed up until 20 minutes AFTER 11 and then we moved from our parking not even 10 minutes later so that no one had received the ice that they were promised by my boss. My boss is pretty unhappy, so we're all. Stans hasn't been the best for years. Rude customer service half the time. They don't care about others at all. We don't owe anyone an apology. If she had been patient and waited, she would sell much more, then only 1 ice cream. I can promise, but instead she decided to leave and didn't disturb to speak to a single person. Your customer service skills are terrible. Always. It'll always be.

Runs thru neighborhood with speakers at full blast. Noise violation. Driver of #94 on May 12th could not hear me asking to turn down because the music was so loud. Inside my house measured 95db. Instrument used paa3. Please for the love of man turn the music down! Your killing those with sensitive hearing. Will supply treats to the neighborhood no cost if you don't stop.

Excellent customer service!! I had a last minute thought for my daughters birthday party. Called up Stan’s and the ice cream truck showed up in less than an hour! Made all of the girls day! Thank you!

We were having a bonfire tonight and my kids saw the Ice Cream truck go by but no music was playing and it looked like they were done for the night, but the driver saw us and stopped and was awesome, she let the kids and us get something. It really made a great ending to our night.

My kids where so exited to see the ice cream truck she pulled right down our drive way! Talk about curbside service! Friendly and offered to personally come back drop off a ice cream flavor they didn’t have! We love when they come into town!
